Boundaries
Clifton and Marcy encompasses the main street Clifton Place bordered by Nostrand and Marcy Avenues in the great City of New York, borough of Brooklyn.

The mission of the C&M Block Association is to enhance the quality of life and to promote a cohesive community of residents and institutions.
Preserving
Permanently protect our homes, parks, businesses and community spaces and encourage enjoyment and use of the public spaces for the benefit of the entire community.
Brief history
of our block association
Clifton Place and Marcy Avenue is one of the Borough of Brooklyn’s most diverse streets. It was structured and created in 1913 by William A. Wilson.
The homes built on Clifton Place were custom homes mirroring the twentieth century affection for Craftsman and Arts, and Foursquare engineering.
